mate I am a final semester law student at a very well known and respected university. Under what legislation or case are you taking a legal action against him. If under any circumstances you do get him, end of the day you will get yourself in trouble as you are the creator of the so called "PMblaster" and it seems it is made for spamming and has been distributed publicly which will put you in fault. If I was you I will not try and be a smart ass here as you will just put yourself in shits.

It is in no way to symbolize some kind of liking to your product. Giving away a product, that normally costs money, away for free is a means of allowing people a chance at a review. Its more of a reality check to show people what they really were about to waste their money on. The more people that are exposed to it, the less money you make, the worse off your reputation....
