giantenemyblog.com - PR2, around 7 months old.

Gets 2,000-3,000 visits per month. Community driven, so it gets a trickle of new articles for free (around 1-2 per week). Currently has 475 unique articles published including a handful of video reviews and podcasts. Custom Wordpress theme.

The site would be a great springboard for someone looking to get into the gaming news/reviews niche.

Never really monetized it. The site was growing pretty quickly when I started it, but about a month in I was threatened with a lawsuit and had to switch domain names. After that, the site never really got back up to where it used to be.

I have been contacted by game devs wanting to send out review copies though.
 
I was basing the price on the 475 articles, the PR2 domain, and the thought that someone more skilled at monetizing and marketing would be able to do something with it.
 
He's saying there's value in the content, the domain, the traffic, and the manhours he's put in.

I may be wrong, but that's what I'm hearing.

Worth $300? I'm not the one to ask probably. Heh.

Granted, it's easy for some of us to do something like this, but for others, $300 for all that may be a steal...

Just my two cents...
 
^what he said...basically you're getting 475 unique pieces of content for 63 cents a pop and some traffic to go along with it, not bad at all. Good luck with the sale.
