I looked around but was unsuccessful.
How can I accomplish this?
I want to have one page that changes based off of a users location. I will have a list of links for each city, they will be different for each city. I want the user to come to the page, have my site recognize his ip, then show him the links for the nearest city. If my page is dumb and shows him Philly and he's in California, then I want to have a button, or drop down that will let him change his location.
2nd thing is that I want to use iframes. All the links I'm talking about will be on another site about 1/3 of the way down the page. Is it possible for me to anchor this iframe so that when it loads the user can see the section i show them without having to scroll down?
