Honestly, it depends solely on how competitive your keywords are. But many people just start out with $30 or $50 package.

Sorry for the delay, we were off for the holiday. To answer your question, no the 30k links package is not nearly enough links to get you banned. In fact many people here have had that package and we've never had any get banned from our backlinks service.

One reason is that the links are not all indexed at the same time, they filter in over time. So, they look natural.

And as far as the HIGH PR links, they are the hottest right now, with all the buzz about Angela's list. We perform the actual service of posting your URL into inside pages on High page rank sites, so the link juice passes through to your site. They just sell the list.
