Yeap, this is the raters handbook that was leaked a while ago... a few things to add, it has no secrets to SEO, just as always what not to do... but in more detail than always!

Just managed to grab it before it went off. Sadly, this is stuff that kids in kindergarten know already. It's great for noobz that have the time to read before they start developing their first site.

It is on some download sites, I got it from one of them. There is some good insight as to what there clowns look for and how they grade a site.. Does not go into specifics about how a site is flagged to get looked at though.
