GetMYO TAKE MY MONEY

Will never happen, and good riddance.

This is just a concept video, and one they lied to us in. There is no way to do things like draw the circle on the screen... Pointing simply wouldn't have a way to be that accurate when tracking muscle movements.

Why do I say good riddance? Because MYO is not even needed. Wouldn't sell many units because it's too limited.

What we desperately need is a way to PRIVATELY TYPE for use with google glasses and other walking computers. I wish I could figure out a device to do that which doesn't require the user to memorize a new-fangled multi-press keyboard... Whomever does this will be the new tech god.

Until that device is invented, I suspect that smartphones and their existing keyboards will be the way we'll be typing into google glass and all other walking computers... Which can easily control all of the devices in the video above.

Nanobots swallowed that make their way into your neurotransmitters and when engaged can convert some of the neurochemical/electrical signals from thoughts into actions for the keyboard. DONE GIMME MY MONIES

I don't know, I pre-ordered mine in April... Said they were going to start shipping in Jan. I've got to check up on it.

LOL it's cool. I came after I signed up for developer. I couldn't really hold mid-fap because I haven't been doing kegels.

I've seen leapmotion; I think we had a big thread on that here somewhere...

But leapmotion throws up a field that you can interact with, giving it an absolute set of coordinates to tell the pointer on the screen to go to.

MYO is attached the the arm... Oops; they dun fucked up right there. The best they can do is send RELATIVE coordinates to the pointer.

In short; the MYO ain't no leapmotion.

...But the leapmotion still doesn't have the ability to be used as a keyboard, just a pointer, and if we have to use cellphones as keyboards then we already have all the pointing ability in our hands too.
