that sucks bro.. and I'm a newbie but I don't think you can win, because the TOS probably says that breaking any of these terms will result in an account suspension without you receiving any refunds or balance in your account.

Let's pretend you did "cheat" to get that 10K.. it wouldn't make sense to give you the money. I'm not saying you cheated, and I'm not saying you're hopeless.. but you should probably do as much research as you can before putting money down on a lawyer.

GL! nothing's worse than corrupt aff networks

I remember wayyyyyy back in 99, I was running some warez sites and promoting mod-chips.com ... I went from $30/mo to $800/mo and they closed my account and told me they got hacked.. wtf? Needless to say, it killed my enthusiasm for making money online.

I'm not going to court of any of that.

However a legal letter goes a long way.

Someone here must know a few decent internet lawyers - share!

Yeah like everyone else is sayin weigh ur gains and ur losses, bad pr with any court proceedings am no thx.

Talk to them first, a little polite negotiation goes along way as far as general business etiquette.

A legal letter won't do a damn thing. You also said you don't have this affiliate networks phone number? You have never spoke to an AM at the company ? Why would you be sending thousands to a company and not ever speak to anyone there? I used to work at a large aff network and know a lot of people in the industry.

1. I can't think of one company who wouldn't contact a new affiliate and talk to them about offers they have and ask about them

2. If you are pushing decent volume I can't see them not contacting you.

So what ghetto ass network did you put your shitty torrent traffic to ?

Yea, if you threaten to sue them they will definitely call your bluff and you will just look like a chump and have no negotiation power.

Accept that you did something wrong and maybe they will be willing to work with you still.
