Getting screwed on a media buy; Mass IP=>Country tool?

I just got screwed on a media buy. It was supposed to be US-only traffic and most of it is non-US. Is there some kind of online tool you can paste in a bunch of IPs and it will return their respective countries?

I know you can't copy and paste a list of ips into there... but you could have easily separated that media buy with a tracker and determined which country everybody came from.
