If you know who the client he stole from you is (I would assume you do), talk to them.

You're on RECORD at attempting to commit fraud and libel. You're going to get fired if your bosses care about that kind of stuff, and well.. you just pissed of a lawyer so you can sure as hell bet you're going to get sued, if not just for the principle of it.
