Does anyone know where to buy bulk wholesale gift cards and certificates. There was a guy on DP but the wonderful forum has now banned posts selling these.

What do you mean by "bulk/wholesale" gift cards? Generally those cards are not available at any significant discount, except in massive quantities and usually in specialised promotional formats (certain denomination or packaging etc.)
