If you and your woman are at dinner and you agree to pay on the condition that she blows you on the way home, does she become a prostitute? Should you file a police report at that point?

If you bring home some girl from a bar and you guys bangarang and then in the morning she can't find her pants so you give her your sweatpants in the corner that have 35 cents in the pocket and she puts them on, does that make her a prostitute? To be clear, you would have said "you can have those sweatpants in the corner, the ones with 35 cents in the pocket."

If you forget your club card at the grocery store and you can't remember your phone number and then the cashier agrees to give you the club member discount anyway as long as you meet her in her Jetta in an hour for a quick slam sesh, does that make you a prostitute?

It would seem the requisite for the condition of 'prositute' usually relies on whether or not the woman kisses on the lips. However, such a requisite does not seem to be absolute; as there are those women who provide up-sells and add-ons for extra fees, doing things like kissing, that the average, decent prostitute would not engage in. Indeed, once the elusive 'love' is introduced into the meeting of bodies, any exchange of money would be deemed an act of rolepay, and not prostitution; to conserve dignity, as it were.
