Give Me Feedback on My Web Design [PIC]

The website is meant is targeting two separate markets, hence the split-screen. What do you guys think? Do you like the color scheme? the layout? Anything you'd add or get rid of?

In short, I want some criticism!

It's not bad.. for rounds corners i'd consider Arial rounded and a fresher, lemon style green tone and soft shadows maybe. But it already looks good that way.

Yeah not bad... I would use white space a whole lot more though... makes it look more clean, otherwise good job

I would maybe change the black to a lighter green or complimentary color, kuler

it looks a little bit cramped, and the colors are a bit off-putting in my opinion

Change the black as said above.

Use line-height and letter-spacing to produce a little more white space.

Make the paragrapgh font a bit bigger.

Rather than mirror the content as you have, bd, I would make it bb. Right now the eye wants to keep reading into the other markets content because the lines match up so well with little spacing between them. The image would stop this if it was set up as bb.

I can't think of a better way to explain it than bb bd
