OK .. got my report a few days back .. did i quick scan .. so here is my review
Speed: 3.5/5 a bit too slow .. but there is a team of people doing it .. so the line may bottle up ..
Communication: 4.5/5 fast & easy communication basically just give my details and the rest is handle
Price: 4.5/5 acceptable
Quality: 4.7/5 Should say the quality is pretty good .. seems like there is some quality management done ... have to login to a project management system and track the milestone
Overall Review: 4.6/5 even tho the process of getting report is getting slightly delay but the quality is still kept ... good quailty link and would recommend this service ~
