I have a theory:
Matt Cutts sent a spy to scour wicked fire and report back with the current methods on ranking. After spending some time here, wicked fire rubbed off on him, and he too began to deploy some of it's tactics. He began to hire indians to crawl the web and write the emails he could send off to Matt Cutts. This ended in an email being sent off disclosing supposedly revolutionary methods involving neutral seo. This is what lead to the new algo change..and alll makes sense now...

Boo hoo. You know that virtually anytime Google updates it's Algo there's a little bouncing around that will happen, but most everything will start to settle back to normal (with exception of the few that they're targeting).
SEO is still alive and well.
The minute you start to worry is when they start from scratch and do it that way. All will be fine and well so you can continue to troll and buy the offers from the BST section.
