I'm located in the US and have been trying to research operating and banking offshore for #1)tax savings and #2)avoiding the US regulatory agencies.

I understand that the FTC still has jurisdiction in other countries if you 'harm' US citizens but let's face it they are not going to spend the money to pursue a foreign entity over marketing violations.

I have looked into capitalconservator.com and have found some mixed but mostly positive reviews.

Any input on a particular service or law firm to use or even what countries you've found best to incorporate and bank? I'm leaning toward Panama as they do not participate in any tax treaties. Cyprus seems a little more stable though and only has a 10% corp tax.

andorra - but the irs has other ways to track your money. For example Merchant Companies are now required to report all your income.

STAY AWAY from CapitalConversator their CFO is an ex-ponzi banditleader with INTERPOL ARREST WARRANT currently moving between safehouses in Uruguay! money mule got arrested 13 months ago in Macedonia carrying cash us$300m of unknown origin. CEO bailed him out and since the whole thing has been on the down and down. Use at your own risk. Ian Sawyer III is connected to these snakes through his phantom new-zealand bank which is the reason Orlin fled to Costa rica in the first place!!

Great insite, Kaveman.

Yes, of course I pay more than 500K in federal taxes. I didn't realize I would get broke kids responding with useless posts. I'll consult my father's business network. They all keep money offshore and are reputable upstanding citizens in their community, one a state senator. I am not talking about anything illegal. As long as the money is not brought back into the US and operations are maintained out of country then no laws are broken.

THIS doesn't make sense....

If you have all these great contacts and are paying more then 500k in taxes, WHY are you coming to WF for research? Why not approach them?

Me thinks you troll'in....:music06:

I don't know what troll'in means but I thought fellow internet marketers had mastered this art by now. My father's contacts are in old school manufacturing and in most cases have had to set up plants abroad, where as in internet marketing you don't have such tangible operations, so to speak.

^^ this guy is troll.

Listen, a plant in another country is no different then a sales office in another country. I highly doubt you even pay $500 in federal taxes with such little thought given into this question.

I would like to assure everyone I am not a small plastic figurine with colorful hair nor do I live in a cave or any type of subterranean dwelling for that matter.
