Going to Israel

Once I phoned the Syrian embassy in Canada to ask for a visa application and the man on the other end asked me "One question for you, sir. Have you ever been to the terrorist cancer?"

"Excuse me?"

"Have you ever visited the terrorist cancer?"

"I don't understand what you mean."

"Have you ever been to Occupied Palestine?"

"Uhhh, yeah I have. Bye." :321:

Anyway, fuck politics. Israel is an awesome place full of hot chicks, culture, sunshine, and all different kinds of landscapes. That stuff has nothing to do with the flag and the army.

Israel is obviously a great place. Last year my friend had a heart problem and he had a very serious condition than he travel to Israel for transplant his heart in underground ward (hospital basement) very secretly, and now he become healthy.
Few days ago i have heared that Israel use Palestinian dead bodies for organism transplantation. I don't know why every one just criticize at Israel, if any death can save any other person life so it's good.

I am willing to go to Israel "Indeed it's a beautiful place" we should put the politics aside and enjoy the beauty of nature and a worth seeing places in Israel.

Are you so conditioned by the media that whenever you hear Israel you automatically think of politics? The guy said he is going there and wants to meet up, not go and drink the blood of Palestinian babies.

Anyway Israel is a chill place, I was there last summer and the women were looking particularly beautiful. Have fun on your trip dude.

thanks

Organism transplantation? Like they do in Resident Evil? Fuck Israel, I'm terrified of zombies...except for the ones in Shaun of the Dead.

Out of curiosity , which country is your passport issued by?

Hmm.. well its one of the non-arab countries that used to have very friendly relations with Israel until the late 70s, not too hard to guess :P
Funny thing is I often get mistaken for a Jew, especially around the Jewish neighborhoods near where I live. Even start talking to me in Hebrew, weird.. Maybe I could go undercover?
Anyway I've been living abroad in the West for pretty much all my life.
I only got that "evil" passport cos I need it to visit my country of birth at the end of the year (no dual citizenship accepted, etc.) Then I'm going to a few other places in that badass part of the world and then Europe and who knows what after that. I think my Western passport allows Visa free travel to virtually every half decent place there is (Israel included), but my city of birth + various transit stamps will probably set me up for some rather boring interrogation. Bah.. I'll just go to Lebanon instead, hot chicks there too, right? :338:

I live in TLV and if you know where to look we do serve chilled Palestinian baby blood with mint leaves and a hint of lime on those really hot summer days....
Don't tell me they are vampires, they can use the little Palestinian babies blood for their patients. They are not such a monster as media portrait the worse face of Israel like a devil.

You fuckin serious! Learn to speak firstly and secondly you watch way too many blood sucking vampire movies.

Folks, is ignorance really that blissful?

You must be Persian, right? Iranian passport?

ding-ding, we have a winner :P

Actually, I had a flick through the old terrorist passport and it doesn't actually use the word forbidden (dunno why I thought it did.. ) On the back (which funnily enough is the front! go figure.. ) it says "The holder of this passport is not entitled to travel to the occupied Palestine" (see, that ain't so bad.. :)) with a picture of a Shiraz monument above it.
Just thought I'd clear that up :)
More disturbing than anything is my mugshot is gotta be at least 10 years old.. my father sorted this out and no doubt sent some photo from eons ago I can't even remember taking! I look like a friggin dorky kid!!

If by "media" you mean jewishnews.net.au that my mother harps on about every other Friday night when I'm there for dinner, then yes.
The info I get is from one of the most positively biased sources and I still find the actions listed morally dubious, so I'd rather not support the national government of Israel.
The problem here is that there are people on both sides of the debate that insist that the actions of the government are the same as the actions of the people of the nation, a notion I reject for every nation-state actually. But it brings up a lot of problems when simply being a tourist can be, and often is, seen as support of a government.

You can go there and spend some of your money with Palestinians. They'll be happy for your business. They're also happy to show you around and point out political things and tell you their perspective. They see visitors as a good thing.
