I've seen atleast 10 variation of top3acai dot com in google adwords everyday [and they disappear next day!] only the main website top3acai dot com is there from last few months.So definitely the site is making profit and have demn good quality score , fantastic ctr and much cheaper clicks.If they are dealing directly with vendor then it should be up to $40 a lead.If you can bring yourself to that level then it worths your time and money ; but honestly at this point it seems impossible unless you can burn $2k in testing and tweaking.
