Took my first stab at PPV yesterday - getting a landing page ===> offer CTR of 4% (no conversions yet). I know this depends on a wide range of factors but what is good CTR to aim for if the targets and lp copy are as targeted as possible?

4% is fine. If you are under 1% then that's pretty bad. Sounds like you might need to rotate offers if you aren't getting any conversions after you get enough clickthroughs to be statistically relevant.
