Good Virtual Windows Host

I'm looking for a recommendation for a good virtual windows host where I can remote desktop in and be on a windows OS and have my own unique ip address.

Any recommendation welcome. thanks

You do realize of course you could simply get a linux VPS and SSH tunnel your internet connection thru it. But you'd have to read the TOS/AUP of any host, cuz even a windows host may not allow you to use the windows box for proxying/browsing like that.

You can do this with OpenVPN or PPTP.
