I spoke with Jason today, it's clearly not him who rang up the charges. I tried to be stern early on in the conversation and ask some difficult questions about the web and he either played very dumb (which is possible) or he's a great actor.

His identity is in process of getting abused, he got a call from Bank of America 3 days ago about fradulent charges to his credit card and he just got that cancelled. After our dicussion he is going to cancel many more cards and see what he can do to protect himself, though it's likely if this thief has any brains he/she will just start rotating identities and move on from Jason Keener.

Jason verified all the information on the WHOis record, the only thing that was not his was a made up email address of, jasonr.keener20@yahoo.com - any chance the perpetrator actually checks that email? Doubt it...

Hey, can one of the mods remove that link to "THE Jason Keener", a few posts up, given it's not the guilty part, not really cool to leave that link there.

The payday loan offer that domain directs to asks for bank account info, and its under whois protection. I'd say Google has good reason to be very interested in what happened to you.

Contact a few journalists, and tell them what happened. Story of someone getting their bank account raped after clicking a Google ad = front page of the NY Times.

Looks like you aren't the only one: A Kidnapped AdWords Account

Someone needs to get a subpoena for whoever owns or is behind sourceonepayday.com.

It has a quantcast rank of 10,000, but the blog post I listed was made on June 19th, shortly after the site's traffic took off. At first I had thought it might just be an affiliate site, but the phisher could own the domain and be using it to harvest bank info.

I bet that email is correct. Of course someone could somehow email him a phishing email to get him to enter his yahoo account and then take it over to look for data to get his real identity. That is of course if you aren't going to get the cops involved.

Hypothetical of course.

Call the army, I've seen those guys in action they don't fuck around, sure the cops got 9 mils and look like the real protection but the army dudes carry big ass AK47s and wear pretty much swat gear, I wouldn't fuck with them.

I mean seriously look at this guy

He'll take your head off from 10K away.

But in all retro-spect since I'm sure you can't hire the US army to go after someone on the internet (Although it would be really cool if you could) here are some numbers you can use.

Ask for the cyber crimes unit, they will fuck some shit up just as well as the army would.

So which army carries AK47s? Is there one in the picture? Just a little quiz.

Damn you trying to undermine me haha don't all armies use AK47s, I mean come on its a weapon of choice and I'm not 100% sure if he is carrying an AK in the picture I posted it looks like the newer ones but then again it also looks like the RAP4 (Alpha Black Granade Launcher) just without the granade launcher, could also be a M16 or better yet an M-4

This is a pic of a guy holding an M-4
