Google AdWords Vouchers - Do they work for old accounts?

I want to know if google adwords voucher work for only new accounts or do they work for old accounts as well ? Thanks

Get an adwords MCC account (My Client Center). There you can set up multiple accounts and manage them from one log in.

If you get an adwords voucher, just set up a new account from MCC.
