After a billion phone calls and emails, I found someone who I *think* can help me. If someone else has this problem, PM me and I'll tell you how I found luck.

In the meantime, has anyone else got paid for their March 2009 End Of Month payment yet? She said my late payments SHOULD be included in this round of payments which were supposedly sent out today... though I have yet to get anything.

When you actually want to get stuff done, often picking up the phone is the best way. Otherwise you end up in a long inbox of shit to do by some customer service rep waiting to give you a canned response.

I'd rather get to the source and find someone who can pull the trigger. I'm not there yet, but at least now I have the contact info for someone with more inside knowledge who can talk to me directly about my account and my advertisers.
 
Christ, don't you know how to read? Adwords and Google Affiliate Network are two totally different things. Moreover, mostly anyone you talk to by calling a number identifying Google on the web will lead you someone either:

  • Giving you a 1-800 number with an automated recording
  • Giving you an email address
  • Asking to use the online contact us forms
In addition, Google purchased DoubleClick and DoubleClick owned Performics but Permormics was spun off to a different company while Performics Affiliate product line become Google Affiliate Network. Even the people at Google didn't seem to understand this because they were transferring me to the wrong people left and right. Getting in touch with Adwords support is much easier.
