Google Ban - New Reason

So it appears that Google may only want the final merchants of any product or service in AW's now from reading this thread. So if you sell acai or whatever you better be the dude that ships it from your own warehouse.
Maybe they dont like affiliates because we're lazy and put up shitty pages. Hmmmm? Merchants have more pride in their work. .......just trying to get inside Google's heads (many heads like the beast in Revelations) :glowingeyes_sml:

Affiliates are not the problem. Shady offers are Do you think google really cares if you are lazy or not? they just don't want their users to be spammed. If they get bad rep as an engine full of scams... nobody will use them.

What do you mean put up shitty pages? The op said his lps had hundreds of pages of content but he still was banned.
Quantity doesn't always equate to quality. Not just quality of presentation but quality of content. For eg. if I want relief or remedy for back pain, I prefer to read info from a chiro or physio, or from a writer who used credible quoted sources. Not spun articles where the content can be wrong.
My impression is that Google prefer real handmade pages, not auto generated ones. Thats what I meant by shitty pages.
Anyway Google are shitty to deal with anyway. When I call their Adwords rep they know nothing much except what you can read in the TOS and guidlelines anyway.

Yah, Google has gotten to large for their own good. You are not alone as many people are being banned from Google.

The only worry for me about ditching google has been making up for the volume. I got slapped hard recently.
very recently, I read somewhere (one of the many blogs in my RSS) that Google recently started slamming affiliates exactly as you described - the reason either known or speculated is because the affs were promoting one of the many newish "Google-Bucks" or whatever those 'make money at home using Google' rebill promotions are called...
Anything like that, particularly if it has the name "Google" in it, is poison... no warning, no second chance, just banished from AdWords forever.
So if you were promoting a product like that, then this is likely your answer. If not - no clue (but still a warning to others here)
