Google Cash offer pwned by Google. Ouch!

Ah I see.. so make a couple mil, get paid, and then fuck your processor you already got paid move on to next?

Is there an offshore/bp processor that people have been/are still working with for a while now?

If you get sued like these guys. Wouldn't you have to disclose your revenue / profit, etc? If thats true wouldn't they pretty much get sued for as much as possible based on those numbers? I know they made way more than 1.6 million in profits so thats why im curious as to how they got off with paying so little. Especially when your fucking with google...

Only if they were subpoena'd to disclose such. They don't necessarily have to reveal it.

Wtf?

I know some of these guys ran EXTREMELY questionable checkout pages, but for the most part, they ran the standard LP that had the price within 100px of the checkout button, and an 'I agree' to the terms checkbox.

Getting sick of people playing the victim card all the time for their fucking stupidity and lack of common sense.
I'm pretty sure they didn't have a checkbox for the rebill price or display it in a noticeable font even after the whole visa crackdown. On top of that those offers had like $80 upsells hidden in the terms and he was still billing them after they canceled.

I remember this guy and azoogle even continued to run a teeth rebill with the advertiser's brand even after they pulled out of the deal.

This isn't about playing the victim card or not. There is no doubt that he was running a huge scam.

I find it funny that affs tell people to read the terms and then come here to complain about not getting paid.

these guys DID pay out though, whats preventing anyone from doing this nowadays? Jw..

I'm not talking about whether the adv paid or not but the fact when people push rebills they like to use the argument "well it's not my fault if they didn't read the terms". Then when a network doesn't pay the affs they complain even though they agreed to the network terms that if the adv doesn't pay, the network doesn't need to pay.

I'm not saying networks not paying is right but if your pushing shady rebills don't have double standards.

BTW I don't hate rebills. The model works but a lot of people are abusing it by solely relying on people who forget to cancel. There are legit rebills out there but we all know $100 rebills on a 2 step fake news lander is a scam.
