Google check out? Worth it?

I am thinking about using google check out, however, I see you need to make x amount of transactions before it is activated... does anyone know this number?

Also, has anyone had great success with google check out?

using it for what? are you selling something? or just to accept paypal-type payments for your services, or?

I was looking at it as more of a way to make my Adwords ad stick out.

I will accept payments with it as well, but it looks like a great way to stand out in Adwords.
