I used to be all about the Google Display Network using contextual targeting. I did very well with it back in the day for a multitude of offers. Lately I've been running CPAs for private clients. Simple CPAs requiring only an email address for conversion and i've seen the conversion rates on the Display Network (using contextual targeting) go down to virtually nothing.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Has the quality just turned to shit?
