I got the usb drive too. I was a bit surprised as I haven't spent that much with adwords. I did have a lot of shit with the support tho ... They even sent me a final warning to stop resubmitting disapproved ads which was totally out of line.

I would much rather have a dedicated account manager and clear answers from support ...
