Sorry, I read and re-read the post here and at Shoemoney's site.

So essentially he is saying that unless you cloak your content or have redirection urls for your affiliate links you are going to see lower paying ads on your site?

Isn't cloaking against the TOS for adsense?

This is affecting the advertisers not the publisher (you).

Most people here use 2nd and 3rd tier for arbi anyways, this just means that if any arbi sites that use adwords show up on your 7search site, they will have to pay you more haha. thats just the way i look at it

too bad the dudes at truelocal are sucking googles cock... they get a free pass and will be dominating for a bit...

oh, btw, so will this hurt sites like www.ananicolesmith.info which is currently ranking in google.com searches?

This new quality score "bot" will have no effect if you are not using adwords to drive traffic to your site. However, Google does have bots that crawl for lack of content type sites and will de-index them from their search engine. I'd add a lot more content to be safe.

imo, arbitrage pages do not need referrals from search engines. so doesnt matter whether bots will crawl the page or not. There is no need to add more contents.

More contents = a website (not an arbitrage page)

Definitely. Adding more content to the site is only going to mak more leaks for the visitor to click and leave and reduce the CTR. I was under the impression that this site relied only on search traffic. It will most likely be taken out of google sooner or later in it's present form with so little content. When I think of arbitrage I don't even think of organic traffic.
