This looks good but I have a few questions.
Do you own this network?
When you say each post will have unique content what do you mean? Each post is a completely different article? Or just a spun version?
Do the posts roll off the homepage or stay on the homepage with the PR?
How many other articles and links are in the posts? In other words are they very spammy like other networks ?
How many keywords and urls can we use ?
Are these monthly rentals?
The tier 2 links are created each month? So is there a monthly payment?

They will eventually roll off the homepage but we backlink the post as well and we are finding this very effective

it's only your links in the post. We only do a max of 2 links per post
