I have been asking this question to people I know for a few years now, I haven't got a straight answer and I doubt I ever will so ...

How can googfuck know what is converting after click?

I have heard answers ranging from the mystical analytics to tracking 30 seconds after click, but I can't believe any of these can be reliable or appliable to every situation, and if that is their strategy, their model is soooo fucked. If it is so super secret, then it must be super exploitable.

The rational answer to smartpricing is content. I send clicks to an advertiser, and at a better rate and focus then they do might I add. Arbi isn't bullshit, its brokering. Userass doesn't know what they want or where to find it, I tell them what they want or need, for a small fee. A door to door encyclopedia salesman isn't followed by a semi full of books, he carries 2 or 3 with him.

But when I get more traffic per day from the ADSENSE bot than from humans, that tells me that I got smartpriced because of content, not some Vishnuvian javascript.
 


it's simple.

advertiser wants a visitor to achive a certain "goal" (reach certain page), where advertisers place google analytics code.

now if google sees that advertisers that use google analytics get visitors from your site and visitors don't reach the intended by advertiser page, it will adjust the value of ad space on your site accordingly.

Solution: don't send shit traffic

This method of tracking has it's inherent massive flaws though
 
Here is another point of logical fallacy about cloaking that perhaps I don't understand:

If you're sending the "good content" to Google's bots and the "bad content" to the users, why not just give everyone the good content and save yourself the trouble? Am I missing something here?

I find it hilarious when these people come to bitching about Google. Fucking dumb fucks, don't use the fucking service if you dislike it so much! Jeez! Use a service that's meant for autogen pages etc. crappy shit. If you're clever enough (which I doubt) to make Adsense arbi worthy, it shouldn't be a tough nut to crack to make these other services convert.

I do arbi and I do Adwords advertising for "legit" products so I understand completely why Google smartprices people. I don't even use content ads anymore when I advertise.

I don't see the point of cloaking. What does it matter what Google's BOT sees? Of course, I can't say for sure, but in my opinion it really doesn't count what's on your page, it only counts how those clicks convert for the advertiser. It could be possible that Google has some ultimate bs crap filters in place that scan the site and try to figure out if it's some idiot playing with markov. If you have a half-decent content, it shouldn't matter. And why can't you just scrape something from Yahoo or MSN for the page? If you are doing arbi, SERP doesn't matter so duplicate content penalty shouldn't be a problem. Use your fucking brains.

lol, boy you would make a killer copy writer selling some software or ebook that will help people go around smart pricing. I bet you didnt even have to edit that :) , quick question now do they smart price you cause of high ctrs or how old your account is, or high fast you suddenly start earning insane numbers using data from websites like alexa. :) Thanks.
