Graphics Work Questions

WF Peeps,
I am looking for some graphics people to revamp some of my sites and develop landing pages for the various offers I want to try out. How have you all fared out there finding could graphics peeps. Trying to get a good idea about pricing and work quality. Looking at local, non-local and international. Thanking you in advance.
 


I would recommend seeing how much you can do yourself and then once you know what you can and can't do you should get a proper designer. This way you can judge the results better, when you really know what you want doing.
 
The Section says DESIGN, Development & Programming

I am not looking for designers in here. I am asking your experiences with them. RTFP!

Upon Closer Inspection Your Probably Right

Yeah I looked in that section and it probably is a better section although I wasn't really looking to buy or sell anything. I think the question could have been answered better in that section
