Groupon should have taken that 6 billion

what I meant is that is that if I don't know anyone who's used it and never felt obliged to check it out that it can't be that great of company.

i agree they should have taken the money.
whoever turned it down..must have balls as big as bowling balls

While I think Groupon should take the 6bil and just chilled, you must not know many people or haven't seen the size of groupons userbase.

always thought groupon was a pile of shit. never been on it and don't know anyone who has (i'm 20).

lol, I haven't seen any 20 years old being so retarded in a really long time.

Groupon, 35 million users, how big is your mailing list?
Groupon, makes billions a year, how much have you made in your 20 years?

Groupon = pile of shit
You, sir = ?

While Groupon already brings in big piles of money daily. :thumbsup:

So they're losing over $1.5 million per day is that it? I don't care to dig this shit up, from what I've seen they are profitable, how much I don't know but I do know when Google acquired Youtube it was losing something like $1.6 million per day. There's no fucking way Groupon is losing that much if anything at all.

Again I don't care to dig this up, but feel free to do it yourself and prove me wrong.

The guys behind groupon have also just bought Adbuyer.com through one of their other projects.

Facebook should take on paypal, at least then you could choose between 2 evil and invasive companies instead of just one. They're already halfway there with their "credits" system.

I would have signed on the dotted line immediately. What were they thinking 6 Billion Dollars is a lot of money.

To put the numbers in perspective. At the height of Blockbuster in 1994 - it was sold to Viacom for 8 billion.

I would have sold, instantly.
