I like Delicious and I firmly believe it effects ranking when mixed in with other link building tactics. I wanted to get this package for building up a new site I was working on.
I ended up getting 104 bookmarks as of today, but when I got my report I kept watching Delicious front page and could never see my site on it. I also checked their Twitter as reported on the original post and did not find my site on their Twitter.
I was a bit disappointed by this. I was hoping to get my link on their Twitter page and also on the other sites that repost the popular Delicious bookmarks to get some extra link love. I didn't care much for the traffic I would be getting from a front page listing, I just wanted the extra links it brings.
Since I honestly didn't want this package to "be on the front page" to begin with and just wanted the social proof for my site, I give this service a 10/10.
Even though I would have loved to been on their Twitter and the extra sites, I can't hold back Tencent on this since it wasn't my main focus.
For results, what can I say really. I took a brand new site that only had 2 articles on it and gave Tencent first shot at it with his package. This site is in the EDU and Finance niche and I was able to go from nowhere to ranking:
Google
KW1 - 9th
KW2 - 11th
KW3 - 18th
MSN/YAHOO
Second page all terms ( 9 KW terms )
These KW's combined add up to about 60k monthly visitors, with the largest volume KW being 25k a month exact local monthly. The largest KW is also the one I rank 9th for atm. Should be a nice payday once I move it up a few more spots and slap on a couple CPA offers.
I also did build a few backlinks myself. However, plenty of you guys know me and know what kind of links I build to my sites ( xrumer, blog comments, etc ) so a lot of you know you really cant rank a brand new site in the EDU/Debt niches with an initial blast of xrumer/scrapebox links alone within 3-4 days. I believe that TenCent's package helped get this site to where it is right now and will help it stick there as well if not help move it up later.
I would recommend this service for sure and will most likely be buying this service for a couple more sites I am going to build up.

Thanks for the review, that's very odd that it didn't hit the popular page though, we did try experimenting a little with your order and a few others to keep them on the popular page for longer so that might have been the cause - we mean what we say when it's a guarantee though - PM me whenever you want for another free copy.

Looks like I hit the front page after all!
I guess the fail in my logic was thinking all popular page submissions hit their Twitter feed. Since I can not be up all hours of the day online, I was depending on this Twitter link to let me know I had hit it.
After a PM with the OP, I looked into my logs and found I had received hits from the popular page after all and also hits from a few other sites that re-list the results too.
Since I gave it a 10/10 eariler, now I have to give it an 11/10!

As I recently stated I used this service on a very commercial site and wasn't expecting anything but a few hits. How's about this for some hits:
This is what a new, commercial site in the electronics niche got from reaching #5 on Delicious' popular page, all thanks to this product.
About 25 of them were from Delicious directly, a handful from google and yahoo, and the rest from aggregating sites, like others here mentioned.
Yeah, a lot of this traffic bounced, but a few really did click through, making me a little coin the day of the spike. Also I've had 7 & 10 people on the following two days... Not from delicious nor aggregations, but from search engines!
As you can see in the graph this site had 1 person a day at most before the blast, with no other backlinks before or after. If you don't count the spike itself this has easily multiplied a new sites' traffic by 7x.
Otherwise I haven't seen anything happen in the SERPs yet, so I guess it's too early to say. At least Google & Bing know it's here though; their spiders are going apeshit all over the site.
Will use again for Social Bookmarking and possibly even for getting new sites found. Thanks 10Cent for a solid service!

Good work. He delivered as promised and got my cruddy non-social page to the popular page of delicious. What I like the best is it gets picked up by lots of aggregators. YSE is showing 300+ inlinks - very cool.
Would have been even better if I has used the root domain as the link. Very good sir. The possibilities are VERY interesting with this package... I agree with lukep that this is might be a good kickstart to a brand new site seen for the first time. A+

Got my review from tencentpiece, and because I like to be a dick sometimes I gave him a URL that's not really social friendly to see how it would go over.
As I count the uniques so far (from the aggregators I can find in my logs) I'm at 169. I haven't counted backlinks yet as the site has xx,xxx but the rankings did seem to move upward on a 2 word competitive term about ~2 pages thus far (from 6 to 4).
A+ all the way around, will definitely use again for future sites. Should be in your arsenal for all sites.
