Dude. There are troops of Indians and Chinese that will get you these 'Guaranteed' Sign ups.
What you don't get here is that 'THIS IS FRAUD'
All of the outfits that are doing this have long been flagged by the networks so this is what will happen:
You will pay Injeet Feeloong Singh Wong to fill out leads for you.
He/She/It will do so.
Your affiliate account will say you have made $10000 (or even $100 - doesn't matter the amount).
You will think you are rich and take all of your buddies out for sodas and sundaes. You won't have any money yet, but promise your pal that you'll pay him back plus interest when your commission cheque arrives.
You Pay Vivedsika Pho Nga Ulunovski a $1000 for generating the 'guaranteed' sign ups.
Suddenly one morning while you are tugging on your little timmy, you will discover that your account has been terminated. No warning, no nothing...
Then you will avoid your buddies cause they want to kick you in the nuts! You still owe them for the chocolate shake they bought you. Plus your Mom will be pissed because you used $1000 from your student loan on now can't buy text books.

Yeah, start an incentive site (e.g. freeipods.com, searchcactus, etc.). I'm not going to give a tutorial here on how to do that or how to find good incentivizable offer, or what networks to use, how to track signups through sub IDs, getting reporting, etc., because it always seems to turn into someone begging for programming help. Seems as if more and more offers are becoming non incentivizable though, and the market's pretty tough with competition.
Ya, find a new niche. The overseas crooks are killing Incent/GPT sites fast. Too late, the boat has sailed and the pirates have plundered it.
