I listened to about 15 minutes of it. From what I gather so far he's a proponent of how to live well within the existence of the State and Fed. I think ideally he's an An-Cap but doesn't believe it's possible to achieve.
I could be way off base. That's from a short video clip and some Googling. When I get the time I'll watch more of his stuff and report back with what I find.
On the other hand, he's talking in the 1980's about how we can reverse the trend of diminishing individual freedoms and cut Government back down to size. That hasn't worked out well, and IMO fixing Government with Government is impossible.
That's what I've got so far. I'll try to make time to gain a better perspective on his ideas soon. I doubt I'll agree with him but I may learn a thing or two.
