Hard-Incent (GPT) Affiliate Network

I'm looking for a trusted affiliate network that allows incent, specifically hard-incent, for a GPT site.

Looking to mainly push opinion surveys, credit card offers, and dating/credit score mainly. Not really e-mail or zip submits because of the chargebacks/scrubs.

Also, my GPT site is in a pretty specialized niche. I've done some testing and lead quality seems to be fairly high, with very minimal to no fraud. I'm ready to do volume, but I need flexible payments.

I have killer incent offer. It is a CPS but works amazing with GPT, will be a top offer for you. Don't tolerate fraud at all, so if you pay your memebers asap and don't trust your fraud protection its not for you. Got guys killing it though. Number 1 some places, top 5 others and top 10 everywhere else, no exceptions! PM to discuss.
