I’m looking for a reliable online severance (finiquito) calculator to accurately figure out what I’m legally owed after ending an employment relationship in Mexico.
I’ve come across several options, but I’m not sure which ones are the most accurate or up to date with current labor laws.
Has anyone here used one they’d recommend? I’m especially interested in one that includes unused vacation days,
proportional year-end bonus (aguinaldo), and severance pay based on seniority.
Any suggestions or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
