Has ayone had trouble with Barefootsies servers/support?

I'll just call them "barefootsies servers" because he is the guy that hawks them around here. Pretty sure they're a Wholesale Internet reseller located in Kansas, so hardware/DC should be decent.

Experiences have been less than stellar lately, anyone else experiencing the same?

I'm a happy customer and have only had to put in one trouble ticket which was resolved in a reasonable timeframe. Have had no issues of late.
