Have you ever astral projected, had an oobe, or experienced anything "paranormal" ?

sleep paralysis is fun if you like to be scared for your life, wish i could turn them to astral projections

I have definently freaked the fuck out a few times with "sleep paralysis". When I am awake and but cannot move a muscle so usually I try to snap myself back in and after a few seconds (which feels like an eternity) I wake up and feel 10 different types of weird.

I was asleep in the pitch black in my friends basement floor a few years back, and one of his friends (who i didn't know) accidentally stepped on my face. I woke up thinking I was being robbed and put the kid in an ankle lock and screamed for help, fearing that the whole time my life was in danger. Someone turned on the lights and snapped out of it. Damn near broke the kids ankle. <== nothing to do with this topic, just a funny sleep story.

Any of you suffer from apnea while you sleep? Means you stop breathing for awhile. Happens more if you're overweight and like to sleep on your back. People who snore heavily suffer from apnea. I don't get very often, but I've had some nutty dreams and woken up with a racing heart and reallized I hadn't been breathing right.

I have crazy livid dreams where I can stop and rewind the action if I don't like how it's playing out. Like where I'm about to get shot, fall from high places, whatever... you're never supposed to be able to actually die in your dreams. I've been shot but bullets don't do anything in dreams.

Anyways, I'll have running Hollywood features going for hours and juxtapose people and places, like current friends and childhood friends, and current places and places growing up with complete strangers in the most amazong action sequences. I'll go out a door from one place and be in a completely different location in different city.

I kept a dream journal for awhile but it got tedious trying to write down everythign that happened over the course of several hours so I stopped.

I saw my body from above once like I was floating above it for couple secs. I was completely awake at the time, in the swimming pool. After a second or two I started to see through my own eyes again.

yeah. ghosts are real man, im a normal young guy. Played Wow, fairly popular in scueel, been jumped in the hood a few times...i've seen ghosts. I'm also an identical twin - some say it makes me more "open" to paranormal shit. but on the reals..ghosts are real.

Energy cannot be created or destroyed.
expain that sheeit.

I have sleep paralysis, that shit fucking sucks. It feels as though I'm in a nightmare within a nightmare.

walking down the stairs from first floor, saw a shadow on the wall as if standing at the end of the stairs at ground floor, look over the handrail and see no one, look at the wall again, the shadow is moving a little, again look over the handrail see no one, decided to stay upstairs until someone came back.

1. Don't sleep on your back
2. Don't wait to go to sleep until you're passing out. go to bed at a normal hour.
3. if you're doing psychedelic drugs. it might promote it as well. no ecstasy, mushrooms, or lsd.

p.s. yeah, its scary as f@!#
