Have your shot at anybody?

why do americans hate cuba, they rule. fidel looks cool, no matter what he does. :P

lol...i dont know if i should slap you or kiss you.

Fidel was a cool dude, no doubt about that... but man, did he screw up a great country...

I personally have 2 handguns...a 9mm and a .40.

I go shooting once a week. A very effective stress reliever.
Miami is not the safest place and having some protection in your home is a must.

I would prefer guns to be illegal like they are in Europe. But first you better takem them away from the bad guys first... then ill give up mine.

Back in the day in Cuba during military service we used AK47s. Those are a blast to shoot.

My uncle was in vietnam - normal guy prior to. I am almost certain he was instructed to shoot young children, families, etc. When he got home, he started drinking heavily (a case of beer a day!). His life was over after that. It was honestly very sad, because he was a good guy, would help anyone out, give the shirt off his back. He turned into an alchoholic. He passed away from liver failure in his 50's (obvious). It's honestly a shame that soldiers had to be subjected to that. I feel for anyone whose family had to go through it.

Ordinary citizens in europe might not have firearms, but the criminals sure do......

Unfortunately, many times in vietnam , the enemy was children. Thousands of women & children were used as sappers , transports, and the like. Growing up , my dad told a story of how they were never allowed to interact with locals in areas that were considered dangerous.......A fellow soldier of his was killed by a 10 year old boy who offered to shine his boots, and ended up detonating a grenade on the soldier, killing himself & the marine.

I pegged the missus in the back of the head when we went paintballing this weekend, although that probably doesn't count...
In my defence, you can't tell who's who under the masks and overalls.

I'm doing my own laundry & cooking for the rest of the year T_T

I peppered a buddy of mine when we were 16. 20 guage lead small game shot. He was about 50 feet away and didn't get the brunt of it, but had to get this big ass shot in the ER and our parents took away our licenses for the rest of the year.
If BB's actually not full of shit right now, am I the only one that finds the irony of this hilarious?
I know we don't see eye to eye BB, but please tell me this is true, and not just you doing the Dick Cheney avatar bit.
Also, I'm sorry for your friend. That'd suck.

All I can say is:

My grandfather was a Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force. He fought in World War II, Korea, and Vietnam (by that time he was over 40). One of the most intriguing things that he ever told me was that some of the worst killings that he has ever seen never involved a gun.

When he first started out, he had a friend named "Bug" Grissom. In World War II, they flew and also repaired planes together. One day, in 1947, after the war, they were working on a B-52 Stratofortress prototype called the Model 462, and the one of the turboprop engines started up without warning. Grandpa's friend Bug was cleaning the blades, and he was instantly blended while Grandpa watched in horror.

But that's off-topic. Back to guns. Some of his last words were as follows: "When you are responsible for the death of someone, at the other end of that barrel, bing able to see that life physically sucked out of them, you don't recover from that. When you do it over and over again to stay alive, it becomes second nature. But only until it's over, then it eventually hits full force. Then your mindfucked."

He died two years ago today. RIP.

100th post.
