Health - Sleep - Do it

This is true, the days when I get very little sleep and am walking around the house at night I get hungry and eat like a pig. When I get a good nights rest I'm not as hungry and can follow a good diet the next day.

any recommendation for a good pillow? I have a Isotonic memory foam pillow but i don't think it is doing a good job

Don't you find keeping sheets on that thing a total pain in the ass? I had a Tempurpedic a few years back and the sheets kept popping off the damn corners. I'd wake up half on the sheet, and half on the bed. It wasn't all that comfortable anyway. My whole AnythingPedic experience was destroyed by that stupid bed.
.

No problems with the sheets. This one is supposedly different than the other pedic type beds in a few ways. It's more supportive so you don't just get that "sink and can't move" experience, which may have been also causing the sheet issue. It has just enough sink to get comfy where you don't want to move but still can should you choose too. It also has that cooling gel so you don't get hot, which is the tendency of memory foam. I've slept on a temperpedic before and found it to be quite uncomfortable for the reasons I just listed. With this mattress I can usually just close my eyes and open them again 8-9 hours later. (that's what it feels like anyway) Pretty remarkable considering my previous insomnia issues.

Hu, cooling gel sounds pretty sweet. Maybe I'll give one a try. There is nothing in the world like a big ass comfortable bed.

I too have the occasional insomnia issues, and I'm sure 75% of that is because of the bed we're using now. We bought a cheap ass $500 mattress from a discount dealer here when we moved into town, just to bide us over until we got something better. Here a year and a half later and were still using it.

I should just go and get another one.
