Like linking it back to its original site such, lets say eastbay.com.
Can I do that? Do I have to ask the site first for their permisson?

Yes here is their afiliate program Eastbay - The Athletic SportSource.

Make a web page about sports or a certain type of sport and presell them to eastbay

The answer is yes you can build a website to promote others products and no you don't need permission to link to them.

Since you had to ask such a question I assume you don't know the first thing about building webpages? or your new to the internet?, I suggest reading and then reading some more and when your done reading, try doing some searches for information and then reading some more, if you don't know what to read about start off by reading some things in this forum, even if you don't understand what your reading, it will make sense in the month's to come.

Cause I hope your next question is not going to be how do I build a website or how do I make money with this.

I am new to the website building and for the last two days I've been reading alot on this site. I'm coming to some understanding.

Also if its not too much to ask. Can I combine alot of products? More than one website?

yeah you can combine a lot of products but your biggest obstacle is going to be driving traffic; how do you expect people to find your website?
