hahahaha.... I remember selling three of those first day I promoted and I felt guilty like hell for the poor suckers..
Couple weeks back I did see them selling the one of their review sites on FLippa.
Note 1: RickyRicardo, I thought you were the owner of herbal revenue. Are you not?? You were once Hiring an inhouse Programmer here and you asked to send the resume to herbalrevenue. Just curious.. Nothing personal..

if you push consumer-sourced revenue through some kind of intermediate, for many reasons, it is quite helpful to generate a certain amount of cloaked revenue on the consuming side as well. see it as your personal insurance policy, with an amount as high as you want, yourself.
meaning, usually in these sort of liquidations;
the intermediary is in trouble and froze payouts for unspecified time in order to fill legal obligations. your payout, which exists purely on paper -let's be honest- is likely paid out LAST, if at all. yet if you generated a specified amount of dummy revenue on the consumer end, your priority just shot up to 2nd or 3rd in line
^ if even this seems unlikely, or in case the intermediary is in fact just plain out cashing out their virtual heist, there's always the good 'ol chargeback.

Funny. I was talking to them in feb+march and we were about to set up a private offer, we were talking about their processing and I offered Brian all the help he could need. Last month all of a sudden he didn't repsonded to IM's anymore and after two weeks I got an email stating that they have some kind of trouble (didn't say what exactly) and have to cancel our agreement. (After I designed like 10 lp's & checkout sites for my private offer) and then I never heard back.
So I put the landingpages in my trash folder and moved on. Sad their offers were good, they could've made a lot more than what they did.
fuck them. they owe one of my good friends $600 and he has worked his ass off learning aff marketing, battling with sandbox on and off... finally after 2 years (he's in college and hasn't had much time but is trying) he's starting to make money.... and lo and behold Herbal Revenue fucking walks off with his money... he won't take money from his parents who always try to help him out... cause he wants to make it on his own.... he didn't need that shit.

Anyone who lost money because of this, you have my sympathies. I got nailed when Traffic Needs went under last year. Now I mainly use C2M. Checking out MarketHealth though, as they have instituted free trial offers for many of their products.
I am new to this forum, but I also have been stiffed by Herbal Revenue, Fast Size LLC and Brian Walter. Has anyone heard from Brian Walter or his partner in fraud Brad Madiuk? They kept on pushing me for more leads and promised payment right up to the second it was due to us. Total pieces of shits! Can anyone sniff out their home addresses, phone numbers or personal info?

I am Brad (real name) and my location is no secret to anyone. I am no longer involved in Herbalrevenue and was just an employee. Feel free to give me a visit, I'd be happy to share in a beer with you and discuss the situation.
Also I am completely unsure why everyone is coming to forums going crazy over payment. I got the same email everyone did regarding payment. Seems like everyone is going to get paid, some even were sent an owings report from what I know. So everyone flipping out and now making threats is very confusing. Seems everything is being taken care of.
