No SERP increases yet but my traffic did increase slightly so theres a plus.

Communication: No issue whatsoever. I sent him the details and he got cracking to work. Good professionalism.

Price: I guess the price is decent and affordable so go for it! Recommended seller.

Speed: Average TAT for project this size.

Quality: Moderate Diversity. Some unique 2.0 properties for me however. Hopefully it will help results.

SERPS: I also seemed to get no SERP growth but more traffic.

Communication: Didn't have a need to communicate. Went on atrip / came back, work done.

Price: I think it's worth trying for price.
