I thought I would give this a punt. I bought a niche related post on a pr4 site. I received my report yesterday and am fairly impressed. The site is highly related to my niche, content looks good and the turnaround time was quick. The PR checks out and the site is showing a couple of thousand backlinks. The only issue I have with this is a lot of the links come from the same IP. This doesnt concern me a lot, I value the site relevancy and post quality higher but it might put some people off so for fairness i thought I should mention it.
If you are after some relevant links from real sites not dropped, re-purposed domains this might be a good service for you. I have emailed the OP about buying some more
