She tracked him down the following day. She asked him if he had found something of hers that meant a lot to her. He replied, "Was it a ring? Yeah, I have it, I kept it for you."

Out of gratitude, the girl and her husband-to-be started a donation drive on giveforward.com. All of the proceeds will go to the homeless man.
