Fuckin downtime, downtime, downtime... Ordered a $299 dir. submission (for 3 of my sites) 2 of which were included -- from yahoo (dont bitch about this please I know some think its a waste of money, lol) - and I got a fucking email saying "DENIED" bitch because of downtime (this was 5 hrs ago). It's still down. Anyhow, kinda pissy and thought I'd vent about it.

Yeah I was just trying them out so I only have one site hosted there but im still pissy.. It's up now and I resubmitted for an appeal to have it reconsidered but if those goons are gonna take my 299 and think they wont submit my link, im just gonna have to r10 it with my bank lol. hopefully it gets included tho

The only reason a domain would have that kind of downtime is if you were suspended for violating the TOS
I would love to get your issues resolved if you are really having problems but I highly doubt that is the case seeing as we monitor all of our servers constantly and always have staff on call to take care of any emergencies.
I will gladly send you $300 via paypal if you can prove to me that you were denied and it was/is our fault that you were down for 5 days

I can't imagine us letting a ticket go un-answered for that long please provide me the ticket ID, if you did in fact not get taken care of I will provide you 6 months of web hosting on us, no client should be treated like that

Thankfully, they sent me this... I paid for them to "consider" a listing and not "guarantee" one. So I was under the impression that due to the downtime for as long as it was, that I was shit outta luck. But in summary, I did re-submit it and it's now listed. It's only one site I have hosted with you guys, but hopefully the downtime doesnt become to much of a problem.

I know we had around a 4 hour downtime on one of our Shared Servers last week due to a RAID problem
Anyhow, let me know if you have any more problems, and I will see to it that they are taken care of immediately
