Hmm no, they are not down. It's just that the server is slow sometimes.

The users can't add content. All the content is added by you. It's pretty easy in fact. You just set the keywords for which you want to show videos on the site and the script will get videos for those keywords on the video sites from the list.

There are two default templates, one grey and white, and the other pink.
 
You can modify all the code except the part used to grab the videos from the other websites, that part is encrypted.
