Can you suggest something to study that I can implement to run things smoother? Hell... throw me ALL your suggestions, I've got 5-20 years worth of learning ahead of me. =)

lol after rereading what I typed, it does look kind of confusing I guess.

Can you suggest some ebooks for programming , PHP, MySQL, WP , Databases , etc etc - stuff that is useful for internet marketing & website building, in general.

I'm not sure exactly what you are talking about. "Technical stuff" is a pretty broad topic.

If you are talking about learning web design I suggest you learn the basics of HTML first as it is in my opinion one of the easiest to learn and will help you with learning the other more complicated languages such as PHP.
