How can i widthdraw money from Paypal FAST?

I have a Premier Verified Paypal account and i want to widthdraw the money somehow FAST, as i need it urgently tomorrow as i am buying something.

I cant transfer to Bank as it will take 5-7 days...

Is there anyway?

For example:

I send money to western union from paypal and then i pick it up at western union tomorrow morning?

Thats just an example, so is there anything i can do

Sell something to someone and have them say they never received the product. Your account will be empty before you know it.

Get a debit card. It will take 10 days but you wont have this problem in the future. You can at least take out $400 a day and charge as much as you want to it.

I am in Canada and theres no paypal debit here

The amount i am transferring is in low thousands

transaction fees doesnt matter....but if i send money with xoom today will i get the money tomorrow?

you could generate a paypal secure card and pay with that if it's an online purchase...

start the transfer. Borrow the money from your bank. Pay the guy. In 5 days, pay off the bank.

They say they do same day BANK transfers (but I usually prefer a cheque from Xoom and it takes 3 working days for the cheque to arrive) and never tried the bank deposit feature.

Paypal it to me and I'll send it back via Western Union..

I Promise!

Actually, you don't care about transaction fees? I'll do it, no joke, for 25% commission.

transfer it to someone with a paypal debit card, and have them WU or MG it.

I did that for someone a couple of times... they closed down my account with about 200-300 still in it, saying that the behavior 'may have been due to fraudulent funds', they never proved it one way or another but they never opened the account back up or gave me the money. Apparently receiving money from someone then immediately withdrawing all of it either at ATM or thru the same service triggers this. And you can't claim seller protection on it, because paypal's TOS states they don't protect funds paid for 'services'.

I do have a paypal debit/mastercard on the nw paypal account, but we don't "launder" money for people thru paypal anyways, for lack of a better word.

Wowsa. That sucks. Lucky for me the person I've had do this for me multiple times was my mother - so we alerted PayPal in advance. Plus, they call me any time they see something they think is odd, and confirm it with me. They kept denying my debit card request saying they couldn't verify my identity (wtf?), so unless I was willing to wait 5 days (my bank sucks) I had to send it to my mom, have her withdraw it on her debit card, then send it back to me via WU or MG. Talk about holyfreakinshit fees. We did this for about 5 months, and finally I called PayPal and bitched them out for not letting me have a debit card. They sent one out right away.
